Will Chrome Kill FireFox and Explorer?
filed in Internet Business on Sep.02, 2008
Today is the day when the history will be made (possibly, allegedly…) Google Chrome Beta version of the much anticipated web browser will be available for download in this link. It is not active yet, but keep trying. It is believed by many that Google Chrome will be much lighter. That’s the ticket! That’s the idea - the mainstream browsers are coded too heavily. Bloated with lines and lines of unnecessary code.
Google Chrome is an open source browser - this means that people will be free to take ideas and add ideas - that’s the foremost idea of the Internet as such. Unfortunately, many people have forgotten about it.
Although Google Chrome browser was built from scratch, the team admits that some ideas had been taken from FireFox, WebKit and other open source applications.
It is anticipated that Chrome will be a fast and user friendly browser. The only concern, how much time will it take for webmasters, SEOs and other geek people to equip Chrome with necessary add-ons. I cannot wait to test it.

will the world be invaded by aliens? of course not…Chrome has got a lot to learn and this little baby has nothing to do with strong, stable browsers such as Firefox…I hate when people think that, since Google made it, it has to be good for sure…
